It’s Back: The Ultimate Arcade Crawler
The Centipede is back: bigger, louder and more fun than ever, thanks to ICE, Play Mechanix and Raw Thrills. Back in 1981, Centipede was Atari’s top game, as they sold over 50,000 units.
From then, it went on to enter home entertainment systems via consoles, evolving as the years went on. Centipede Chaos is a brand new take on the iconic crawler game, and it’s a special one, as it marks the Centipede’s much-anticipated arcade return, decades later.
10 Unique Waves Of Bug-Busting Combat
10 exciting, action-packed waves unfold on a high definition 75’’ display. Super vivid graphics - check. Incredible soundbites - check. There’s even a rumble feature on the mushroom seats, to make sure you really are one with the game.
The game follows a captivating format: every few waves, you’ll have a battle with a giant bug (each called a Boss - there are 4 of them in total). That’s your chance to prove yourself and fight your way to the top, where you will fight the Mega Spider for the mega ticket bonus.
Easy, Intuitive Controls
Action is controlled by an oversized ball joystick and the fire button, offering excitement for players of all ages and abilities. The amazing graphics don’t just stay within the display: the incredible 3D pixel (voxel) centipede marquee sits on the very top of the screen, with an updated version of the original arcade messaging below.
The control panel is also made of 3D pixels in different colours for each player - with matching joysticks. All-in-all, the Centipede Chaos is an unmissable classic that would provide endless hours of fun for those lucky to get to play it. For an ultra-immersive experience, turn off the lights and let those vibrant LEDs transport you to a different dimension.
